We meet on 2nd and 4th Thursday evenings

 except July, August and December.

Doors usually open at 6:00pm 

In the Gym:

Usually the Sales Circuit is available for browsing and purchases.  Members have their Table-Auction items spread out for purchasing as well.   Also, stamp member-vendors often have their tables setup and are open for business.  

In the Club Room:

Friendly discussion among members and visitors takes place.  

Coffee and cookies are free.

Programme  starts around 7:30-7:45 pm and goes to 9:00 pm in the Club Room.   The Gym is locked up till after the programme.

By 9:30  - 10:00 pm we're wrapping up.
